Once you have the round rubber trunk stopper unscrewed out and 2 or 3 of the black plastic fasteners removed, you'll be able to easily pull back the grey carpet trunk liner. I am hoping this issue will be researched and a recall implemented.

Work was completed, paid and drove off.
