Have you ever done this before? Do you have any tips to stay motivated? With currently no level of fitness I was still well able for it! I could feel it working and the next day I was aching. There's a lot of exercises focusing on growing butt for those interested. Besides charlotte,the exercises are performed by two personal trainers,one for beginers and other for pros. Oh and lots of water throughout the workout to keep you going and hydrated! If you loved the 3 Minute Belly Blitz this is great to give you something new to get you working out. The promise is you could lose five pounds in a week. My favourite exercises are the lunge based ones, which there are a few and there are some where you are just jumping constantly for a solid 3 minutes, which really gets the heart going! Already in a few days I've broken out of my plateau and lost 2lbs.

Now, you don't get an intro into how to do this but it's really simple after the first go you can pick it up. Really like the 3 minute workout idea, it's tough but they attack a certain area and then move on so it's a great idea. How are you getting on with this workout?
