One is a near completed version while the other is a very early. One day, he is kidnapped by three guys pretending to be photographer. The kidnappers eventually corner and catch Bink in the zoo's park, but are confronted by two friendly police officers, who have noticed that their van's engine is still running. The story follows an interesting adventure of baby Bink, a nearly one-year-old boy who was born into a wealthy family and living in a mansion. Before the movie is over we've even been treated to the venerable cartoon gag of Bink crawling out on an I-beam, high in the air at a construction site.
By the time the trio catches the bus, they realize Bink is not on board and follow the lady. It often works best when it involves pain and humiliation. Despite this, it enjoyed tremendous popularity in Indian and other markets. Now the con men have to find their abductee, who believes that in order to return home he must reenact scenes from his favorite storybook, including trips to the zoo and a construction site. The film is quite entertaining, and is funny, but this isn't the type. They follow Bink to a construction yard, but are still unable to catch him, with Veeko getting thrown off the building and into the back of a garbage truck, Norby falling into a vat of wet cement, and Eddie getting stranded on a crane after being drenched in glue.
It was remade twice, first in in 1995 under the title and then in in 1999 under the title. An altercation ensues after they insult her when she insults them , and while they attempt their escape, Bink crawls up to a revolving door at the entrance to a department store and is forced inwards by its momentum. Most of the rest of the movie consists of cartoon-style sight gags, as Baby Bink played by twins Adam and Jacob Worton fecklessly crawls through the city on an odyssey inspired by his favorite story book.

This violent, predictable kiddie saga follows a baby on the loose in the big city, pursued by three would-be kidnappers. It is so well acted for a slapstick fun movie which is appropriate for any age from 2 to 102 and older. A closer look at cartoons reveals, however, that little time elapses between pain and payoff. Veeko extinguishes the fire by stomping repeatedly on Eddie's groin. The kidnappers try to retrieve him, but the gorilla notices and pounds Veeko's hand, throws Norby into the air using a mop as a catapult, and hurls Eddie against the bars of the opposite cage and roaring loudly at him. The leader of the gang talks Mrs. Their hostage proves quite resourceful, however, escaping their hideout and making his way into downtown Chicago.

However, while waiting for the delivery of the ransom money, Baby Bink manages to escape and subsequently embarks on a series of cutesy-poo adventures in downtown Chicago including a crawl through a skyscraper construction site , leaving the hapless crooks in hot pursuit.
